Fried Whole Turkey
Our deep fried turkeys are perfect for easy year round entertaining! Starting with superior quality turkeys, we infuse them with a special blend of flavorful Creole seasoning and let them marinate. We then deep fry the turkey to perfection in heart healthy peanut oil. The flavor is sealed in to provide incredibly juicy, tender meat on the inside with a crunchy tasty skin on the outside. The crispy skin, moist meat and distinctive Creole flavor cook up the best turkey you will ever eat.
Our whole turkey is 12-14 lbs. and serves 8-12 people. The turkey arrives frozen for local orders. Simple heating instructions provided.
Please allow 3-4 days to prepare. Available for local orders only (Greater Chicagoland and NW Indiana).
